Aiva Sperberga

Aiva is a member of Campbell Lutyens secondary advisory team. Before joining Campbell Lutyens, Aiva worked as an analyst at UBS Investment Bank within the Private Funds Group focusing on fund placement. She started her career in an investment banking boutique in Latvia focusing on M&A, corporate due diligence and valuations. Aiva holds a Masters degree in Management from ESCP Europe and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. She is fluent in Latvian, English, French and Russian.
