Richard Heley

Richard has 30 years’ experience as an investment banker, during which he has specialised in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and financial re-structuring. He was managing director and head of corporate finance at Barclays de Zoete Wedd between 1986 and 1989, and has since held similar positions at Citibank NA-Europe and Hill Samuel. Richard was deputy chairman of Hill Samuel between 1990 and 1995 before joining Charterhouse as an executive director. He is a non-executive director or chairman of a number of listed and private companies.
