Senior Legal Counsel

Rae joined Campbell Lutyens as Senior Legal Counsel in 2022.

Rae was previously a senior associate at Ropes and Gray and associate at Clifford Chance.  She has over 8 years of experience in advising fund managers on the structuring, marketing, establishment and maintenance of a broad range of private funds globally.

Rae has also advised a wide range of institutional investors in relation to their proposed investments in various private funds, and has substantial experience with carry and co-investment arrangements.
