Thomas joined Campbell Lutyens in 2007 and is Global Head of Business Development and a member of the Management Committee. He also advises on secondary and hybrid transactions globally.
Since joining the firm, Thomas has advised on a wide range of landmark secondary transactions in Europe and the US including fund portfolio sales, managed funds and GP-led transactions. Thomas has 20 years of experience originating and managing secondary market transactions.
Previously, Thomas focused on secondary private equity and energy markets at the Parkmead Group. Prior to this, he worked at UBS AG in the bank’s captive private equity fund focusing on North America and Europe, and at Kennet Partners, a transatlantic growth equity fund. Thomas graduated with a BS from the University of Paris Dauphine and received his master’s degree from HEC Lausanne. He is on the board of two veteran focused charities and chairs the French War Graves Commission for the UK.
