Ali joined Campbell Lutyens in the European fund placement team in 2016 and helped establish and then co-lead the sustainability practice until he took on his current role. He has led fundraises and raised capital for a broad range of strategies across Venture Capital, Growth Equity, Buyouts and Special Situations, with a particular focus on specialist regional and thematic approaches. 

Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens, Ali worked in the M&A advisory division at J.P. Morgan and served in the British Army.
