Tala joined Campbell Lutyens in 2024.

Tala has a diverse range of experience, having worked for over 16 years across several sectors advising leadership on strategy, innovation and policy projects, leading large scale Government improvement, reform and transformation programs, and building stakeholders' relations.

Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens, Tala was the Head of MENA for Cathay Capital, a global PE and VC platform leading fundraising discussions in the region and helping build the ecosystem by bringing the firm’s portfolio companies to the region.

Tala holds a Bachelors of Economics from the American University of Beirut and an M.Sc. in Finance from Bayes Business School, London.
